History
FACT Group evolved from a small practice established in 1998 by Jesmond Pace, it’s Senior Partner and Group Managing Director. Services have rapidly evolved for a significant portfolio of clients and expanded to an international client base as well as servicing the local business community. Its successful growth may be attributable to establishing an ethos within the organisation of efficiency and fairness based upon personnel dedication & commitment to plying their profession at FACT.
Team
Our team is made up of young, dynamic, experienced and committed professionals with a guaranteed common concern to deliver a high quality service. All personnel adhere to the firm’s philosophy that dictates a priority to a high degree of integrity, absolute confidentiality and loyalty to clients in whatever it does. The firm’s work methodologies are designed to deliver its services without compromise to professional standards and ethics. Personnel are specialists in their own fields and are also given ongoing training in various competences which is ultimately a benefit to all its clients.

CPA Associates International
FACT Group is an independent member of CPA Associates International (CPAAI) – an association of independent Accounting, auditing, business and tax advisory firms that provide clients with professional services in such areas and on a variety of other specialised and consulting services.
Our market exclusive organization includes 146 members in 61 countries throughout the world. Each member draws on the services of our Association and resources of fellow members to better serve their clients and manage their firms. For over 50 years, CPAAI has provided quality services and resources to members now in 61 countries.
The world-wide member firms provide financial, business and tax advice to clients in Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific, Latin America, and North America. Through this international organisation, each different professional office is available to provide information, resources, fresh ideas, consulting and tax planning assistance to other members.
FACT group is proud to be part of this association where its clients have also the benefit of using these specialised contacts in their business management, operations and new opportunities.
The business of the Association is managed by the International Board of Directors situated in America. The day-to-day operations and activities are administered by a full-time staff based in New Jersey, just outside New York City.
Four active international regions – the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific, Latin America and North America – have regional boards and full-time staff that organize activities for the benefit of members and also liaising abilities between the four regions and the International Board. These four bodies organise their respective Annual General Conferences and normally members from the other regions are also invited to attend and discuss technical and other issues.
FACT Group’s managing director Jesmond Pace was a Director and Treasurer on the CPA EMEA Board from September 2010 to September 2016 and also was appointed as member of the International Board of the CPAAI between 2013 and 2016.
