fact group services.As duly authorised, FACT Services Limited, a company forming part of FACT group, is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) to provide Trust & Fiduciary services in accordance with the “Trust & Trustees Act.
These services mainly include the following:
- Creation of Trusts through a Trust Instrument / Trust Deed
- Acting as a Trustee to manage and administer the property held in trust to the beneficiaries
- Acting as Protector in a Trust
- Provide shareholder representation services on trust / fiduciary basis to third parties who would like to keep anonymity safeguarded
- Occasionally provide services related to professional positions, including directorship and company secretary roles, in Maltese entities
- Provide registered office services
- Provide interim financial control services to give your company professional and experienced leadership
Since these services are highly regulated and specialised in nature, each and every request is dealt separately and the usual “Terms and Conditions” apply.
Certain services, in particular Directorships, are considered particularly specialised and although these are generally offered, FACT group evaluates each service request on its own merits for, among other things, issues such as any associated risks. Therefore positions of “officers of a company” are not given automatically.
